• MI Electronics setup in 1999.
  
• Trading business in electronics components for OEM and EMS customers in year 2000.
  
• Name changed to MI Communications Pte Ltd which was incorporated in Jun 2001.
  
• Achieved franchised distribution for JPC, Cofan, Nine New and PCA products in the year 2002.
  
• Set up Malaysia, Thailand and Germany Rep office in year 2002.
  
• Set up by Philippines and Shanghai Rep offices in year 2003.
  
• Achieved franchised distribution for Flextronics semiconductor (now known as AMI Semiconductor) in July 2004.
  
• Set up subsidiary company, MI Assembly Pte Ltd in S’pore in year 2005 to support IPO services to OEM & EMS customers.
  
• Created new division unit in distributing German brand Berker on switches products for the construction industry in China.
  
• 威迅通 ( 上海 )-MI Communications China is set up, 100% owned WFOE in China, fully operational by Jun 2006. This allows MI Comm China to trade in local Chinese currency.
  
• Achieved new franchised distribution lines for HTC Korea, Kingfont, Etron and Microtips in 2006.
